This person thought that he was buying a ticket to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but he ended up at a bagpipe concert headlined by a band called the Red Hot Chili Pipers.
It's a good pun, but it's probably not the kind of music they wanted.

It turns out that this isn't a very effective (or safe) tactic.
