Just in time for Halloween chocolate season, Hershey's announces an interesting collaboration. The chocolate company is teaming up with beer company Yuengling to create a chocolate beer.

The beverage has been named "Yuengling Hershey's Chocolate Porter" and is a spin on Yuengling's dark-brewed porter recipe. It will be available across the U.S. in October. According to the company, it will be around all winters, with it sticking around until at least February 2020.
The beer will be served in restaurants and bars in some of the over 20 U.S. states that Yuengling can be found in. The brewery has been around for nearly 200 years, making it the country's oldest brewery. Hersheys and Yuengling are located about 50 miles from each other in the state of Pennsylvania.
"As we continue to innovate and evolve, we are particularly excited for our first beer collaboration to be with an iconic, Pennsylvania-based brand that shares the same values as we do," said Jen Yuengling, the company's vice president of operations.
The beer has a obvious sweet aroma and contains 4.7% alcohol. The brewing company says it pairs well with cheese, smoky barbeque, and of course desserts. Looks like the company was looking out for those of us older than 21 who felt left out of the Halloween treat world.
