McDonald’s And Coca-Cola Have A Decades-Old Agreement

Back in 1955, McDonald’s Founder Ray Kroc and a Coca-Cola executive named Wendy Pratt shook hands and decided that McDonald’s would only serve Coca-Cola beverages.

The two companies helped each other grow, and they both still honor this agreement. McDonald’s bundles Coke products into their combo meals and Coke helped Mcdonald’s develop their new line of smoothies.
