Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty Is Not Fully Chocolate

Wendy’s owner Dave Thomas thought that an entirely chocolate Frosty would be too overpowering a flavor when paired with their burgers and fries. The chocolate frosty is actually half chocolate and half vanilla.

Chocolate (or half chocolate, half vanilla) was the only Frosty flavor offered until 2006. Wendy’s finally introduced a vanilla Frosty after years of requests from customers.
