Just Some Of The Reasons Nature Is Metal AF

Nature is beautiful.

When we aren't glued to our laptops and phones, nature awaits. Years before technology took over, it was all about nature. Being outside on gorgeous days, watching thunderstorms like the Gods are bowling, and all the living things that hang out outside our front door. Sure enough, when we're away from the city and in the middle of nowhere, we can really appreciate what's out there in the world. Nature can do plenty of things like mold bricks into something we wouldn't expect to see. Whatever you find in this world, embrace it, because you never know when nature can pop out in front of you.

Lightning Strikes The Tower

It's happened more than once. Seeing lightning strike on top of the CN Tower is actually pretty amazing. Even in person, you probably wouldn't even notice it. Thankfully, we have pictures to show the proof. If you really want to see lightning connect with the tower, there's a YouTube video for that.

The Aurora Borealis in one heck of a sight. There are only a few places in the world where you can see these lights in the sky, so if you get the chance, you simply have to take a picture. There are millions of us that will never get the chance to experience them in person. Facebook needs to do a live event the next time this happens.

Nature never stops. There's proof behind it thanks to the stop sign. Clearly, all signs of nature can lead to unexpected moments like this. Who knows, within five years, the sign might have a leg or two.

Terrarium In A Bottle

Bottles aren't just for drinking liquids. They can also be used for things like a terrarium. I've never been one to shove anything in bottles, but the result of this could be extraordinary. Although, the science department at your local college will offer to buy this for $50 to teach to some kids.

Spikey Slush

Winter weather means slippery roads and slush everywhere. After a day out ripping through the drifts, you might wake up the next day with some awesome spikes on your tires. I don't know how easy it is to drive on them, but you should be able to generate some serious street cred.

How Did This Happen?

No, the Whomping Willow did not kill Ron and Harry. How often do you see a car in a tree? At least the two of them weren't drinking and driving in the flying car.

These cacti must be obsessed with Nirvana. Just kidding, but if you need a gift for a special someone but you can't stand them, this might be it. It's prickly and pointy, but nothing beats a heart. And, nothing says I love you like a fresh cactus from the desert.

Fall Is A Pretty Season

That's a picture that would make for a heck of a painting. Fall is probably the best season of all because of this. You have a mix of different colors and trees all in one place. You can tell by each color that some leaves might be ready to fall before others.

Elephant Tree

It does look like an animal you see at the zoo. I never once expected to see a tree branch that looks like an elephant. It would be cool if this was at the zoo and offered free peanuts too.

Brick Rock

Who would have thought that the ocean would take a brick then mold it into a rock? This would make a great science project or a lesson for the students. You never know what's out there and thanks to nature, you can stumble upon some interesting stuff.

Diving For Sardines

it looks like a bunch of airplanes are nose-diving into a big battle, but they're actually a bunch of birds hungry from sardines. Be sure to not go out into the water when they do this. Chances are, they might take a nip at you too.

Bush Tree

It seems like these bushes have a thing for the bicycle. No, nothing sexual, but this is just another instance of nature just taking over. I'd be pretty upset if my bike ended up like this.

And Boom Goes The Dynamite

It's not Hiroshima, just a volcano erupting. Imagine doing a tourist thing and out of nowhere, a volcano erupted louder than Mount St. Helens? You wouldn't know what to do. Except, grab your phone and try to take one of the most badass photos of a lifetime.

Melting And Freezing At The Same Time

The table really wants to lick the ground. Also, this isn't close to being a GIF. If you actually stare it at long enough, you'll notice something cool. When it's mildly warm but cool out, the snow will melt and freeze at the same time.

Trees with googly eyes are funny. They aren't people, but they do look like they're ready to tell some jokes. If the tree was real, the bridge would be gone like no tomorrow.

Wave Rock Formation

If you ever travel to Australia, you'll probably see the wave rock formation. This giant rock actually looks like a wave for surfers. You can picture a bunch of kids on skateboards trying to grind off this thing. The result might be bad, but it's worth taking a risk.

Mid Color Tree

Again, this tree sums up why fall is such a beautiful season. On one half of the tree, you have orange and the rest is still green. Chances are, the leaves on the left will fall first before the green ones. Once they fall, that's going to look like one awkward tree on the street.

Abandoned Subway Station

Believe it not, this is not abandoned. This is a legitimate subway station all the way in China. The construction wrapped up in 2015, and you can imagine just how slow the rush hour traffic is at this stop. Heck, most people might just take a photo of it and move on.

Bleached Stop Sign

Damn you, sun. For reasons we're not sure, the stop sign got totally roasted by the sun. No one bothered to give it a fresh coat of paint, much like someone who forgot the sunscreen for the beach. At least the sign won't burn like humans, just fade out like it was never there.
