A 6-year-old child can’t even mess up an arts and crafts project this bad. This is the United States of America State Department we’re talking about. This is a legitimate branch of government who tried their best and ended up making a girl look like Beavis.

I hope this girl kept the passport to try and see which TSA agents will crack a smile at airport security.
