This is a power move for a UPS driver. They should be getting danger pay for what they have to go through now with the “special instructions” feature.

People are requesting their packages on their roofs and hidden in trees nowadays. No longer can you just leave a package at the front door. The driver has to go full Man vs. Wild just to please their customer.
