I’m in absolute disbelief that these two criminals got caught. I might be able to understand why the guy on the right got caught, but the one on the left was smart enough to design his permanent marker disguise into a Batman mask shape.

And to make it worse, the news report calls them “dumb” and “hapless.” Wow, no respect. The celebrity coming up is definitely not dumb though. She carefully crafts her Halloween costume each year that makes her unrecognizable.
